This will be a hands-on workshop. Come prepared to move. Bring water, towel, and dress in workout clothes. Depending on weather, we may train outdoors. Location will be disclosed upon sign-up.
What will you learn??In 2 hours, we will cover the following kettlebell topics:
Learn 7 Foundational Kettlebell movements: deadlift, swing, press, clean, squat, windmill, & turkish getup
Time & energy permitting, we will cover the high pull & snatch. These two movements are usually covered in our level 2 workshop, but they can be covered in level 1 depending upon how quickly the group picks up the material.
